These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the UKAP Shareholder Portal ("the portal"), operated by UKAP Holdings Limited. By signing in you agree to be bound by these terms.
2. Access
The portal is provided to registered shareholders and authorised administrators by invitation only. You must keep your sign-in email account secure and notify us immediately of any unauthorised access.
3. Accuracy of Information
We take reasonable care to ensure the information shown in the portal is accurate, but it is provided for information only and does not constitute financial, legal or tax advice. The statutory shareholder register remains the definitive record.
4. Your Responsibilities
You agree to use the portal only for lawful purposes connected with your shareholding, to keep your contact details up to date, and not to attempt to access any account or data other than your own.
5. Bank and Payment Details
Any bank details you submit through the portal will be used solely for processing distributions and payments to you. We will never ask for your bank details by unsolicited email or phone call.
6. Documents

7. Intellectual Property
All content, branding and software in the portal is owned by or licensed to UKAP Holdings Limited. You are granted a limited, non-transferable right to access it solely for your own use as a shareholder.
8. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the portal. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
9. Third-Party Services
The portal relies on third-party authentication and hosting providers. We are not responsible for outages or issues caused by those providers, but will work to restore service promptly.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising in connection with them.
11. Changes
We may amend these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of the portal after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
